Is something wrong with the Gabb App store?

Amazon says Amazon kids + is only available for kindles. So I would assume this is why it’s not showing up in the playstore after I’ve added it from my account?

Hello,
When unsuccessfully trying to approve new apps in the App Store, inspecting the page shows the following message linked to the app approval error:
"Error fetching Enabled Management App: The selected gabb id is invalid."
Perhaps the configuration between the Gabb ID and the App Store is faulty, and this is a valuable clue?

We received my daughter's Gabb Pro 4 phone as an upgrade on Monday. We have been unable to download any apps to the phone. I have talked and chatted with several people from customer service and there is no update as to when this issue will be fixed. They graciously let me out of the two year contract I started because I was worried about this issue not getting resolved. I really don't want to leave Gabb but the whole reason we got this phone is so that my daughter could use some of the apps that are available that her homeschool co-op and church youth group uses. She was so eager for this phone and had been counting down the days for the last couple months. Now she has a phone that has less than her original Gabb phone had. She was at least able to have the Bible on her old phone. Is anyone else experiencing issues with this or received any updates or news on when this will be fixed?

I have had a similar problem. As I have just purchased a Gabb Phone 4 Pro and I have created a Gabb id but the apps still don't come up saying I need to create an id. Along with this my account information isn't loading and just says error.

I recently upgraded to gabb phone 4 pro. This was to give my teenager more apps. Now since upgrading, I cannot get the site to load. Several talks with support, and all I get is it is being escalated. Escalated to where, because I cannot track the issue. I get no email on this. Also get an error unable to add app. Very frustrating to get no support. I have tried safari, chrome, Firefox, and DuckDuckGo browsers.

I received upgraded Gabb 4 pros for both my kids a week or so ago and have not been able to put any apps in their play store at all since receiving the phones. I understand this is a wide spread issue, but it really needs to be fixed and all customers should receive notification when it is fixed. Also, I don’t want to pay the new contract price and go weeks and weeks without any app options. My kids are asking every day if it is fixed.

For the last week, I have been on the chat and phone with gabb support and no one has been able to help me fix my error issue with not being able to enable the apps. I was told by several people that there was a bug and the developers are working on this. When will this be fixed?

We want to thank you again for your comments on this post. We have heard you and our team has released a fix for this error. If you are unable to approve 3rd Party Apps from your MyAccount after logging in today (11/15), please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
- Open a "Private Tab" or "Incognito Tab" and log into your MyAccount to approve an app:
- Open on a Private Window on a iPhone -
Safari + Tab + Swipe to Private + tap the tab
- Open on a Private Window on MacBook:
File + Private Window
- Open an Incognito Tab on Android:
Chrome + More + New Incognito tab
- Open an Incognito Tab on Windows, Linux or Chrome OS:
Press Ctrl + Shift + n
- Open on a Private Window on a iPhone -
- Account Sync with Customer Support:
- Your account may need a Sync to help it recognize the fix
- You can contact our amazing Customer Support team by phone at 385.235.6646 Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m-6:30 p.m., MT or Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT. Ask them to preform a "Gabb Sync".

any word on a fix? Since my “upgrade” not only am I getting the error and can’t add approved apps, I cannot use essential apps so I have nothing. So glad I upgraded to the gabb 4 pro.

I have tried both of the suggestions in the post above by @Gabb Product, neither of which were successful.
I went incognito in my browser and logged in to my Gabb account. Still the same error message. Cleared the cache, cookies, site data, etc. No dice.
Then I started a chat with a Gabb expert. They only said they would "escalate the issue with the developers." No further assistance was given, and the chat was closed.
Why does it seem like the same generic "go incognito" answer is given for every issue with the website? The site has so many glitches and going incognito doesn't seem to bypass any of them. I can't even edit/update my payment info, for heaven's sake.
If the Gabb developers haven't found a fix yet, please just say that. No need to copy and paste the same useless advice in every discussion.

Same problem here. Just keeps saying error occurred when trying to add any apps to my new phone.
The private browser thing doesn't work either I've tried on my computer and kindle neither worked

This is getting a bit ridiculous. It looks like this is a widespread issue and Gabb support is virtually non-existent. Can't install any apps for this new phone which is pretty much the main reason for the upgrade. What is the plan to roll out a fix?We shouldn't have to go into a private tab on our end when it is clearly a software issue.

whenever I try to add an app it says an error occurred and i have the advanced plan and ive tried many times and refreshed and the apps just dont ever work so my son basically cant do anything on his phone and cant do schoolwork or anything on his phone because the app store wont work.

The fix of using an incognito tab does not work for anyone. Please stop posting this as a fix.
Do you have a real update for us besides 'our team is working on it?' Like others, I keep getting the same response.
Personally, I'm going to give Gabb a few more days and if this problem with the apps is not corrected, I will be requesting immediate cancelation of my account. I want to support Gabb, but they are wasting my time.

Having the same issue. After contacting support a second time, was told this is a known issue and they are working on a solution. My son upgraded for his birthday present. Maybe this is meant to teach a 15yr old patience……..

I am having same problem with a new Gabb pro 4. No access to App Store. Get an error when it loads. Tried the foxfire’s recommended above and they did nothing. Still no apps. Phone agent informed me it is a system wide problem but no fix date set at this time.

As mentioned in our comment on the 15th, this error has been resolved on our website. If you're still experiencing this error after the recent fix, there are two troubleshooting steps that can help get your account to recognize the fix that was released.
First step is to try an
incognito browser
(steps shown in our post above). If this step does not resolve the error, your account will need aSync
