Why does "Over the Horizon" keep getting auto-downloaded?

We keep trying to delete this audio file from the phone, but it keeps getting re-downloaded. How do I stop this?

So sorry to hear you are experiencing some trouble when it comes to deleting that audio file on your Gabb Phone Plus. It sounds like your device backed up the audio file to the Gabb Cloud and is recovering the photo after it is deleted.

This sounds like an error with the file not fully deleting from the Gabb Cloud. This information has been escalated to our team to further investigate. We will update this post when we have news of a fix being rolled out to resolve this.

Hi @spongyryno, this is a problem with Gabb Cloud. It does not identify deleted files and will restore them every time it syncs. There is no way to turn Gabb Cloud off.
