we just upgraded to a Gabb 4 Pro but can't use Gabb Music

We just upgraded to a Gabb Phone 4 Pro with the "Advanced" plan.
Gabb Music is supposed to be included but it does not work.

The error states that parents need to activate Gabb Music.

How do I do this?

When upgrading to a new plan such as the Advanced Plan with Gabb Music included, a sync to your MyAccount can sometimes be necessary. This sync can help activate any new features added to the line.

    Our amazing Customer Support team can preform this sync to your MyAccount. They can be contacted by chat at www.gabb.com, or by phone at 385.235.6646 Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m-6:30 p.m., MT or Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT.
