I initially set up a 3 hour Quiet Time (focus and silent mode on a Gabb Watch 3) for one of my sons' watch. We decided a couple weeks later that it wasn't necessary, so wanted to turn it off. My son is no longer able to see messages inside of conversations. Conversations still show in the app, but when he goes to view an individual conversation there's nothing there.. He's able to send texts and the notification bubble on the conversation shows that he's getting them. This started happening today (10/24/24)
My gabb messenger updated and now it is telling me on device care that the app has malware. That's quite concerning as I'm hesitant on using the app too often.
We keep trying to delete this audio file from the phone, but it keeps getting re-downloaded. How do I stop this?

We just upgraded to a Gabb Phone 4 Pro with the "Advanced" plan. Gabb Music is supposed to be included but it does not work. The error states that parents need to activate Gabb Music. How do I do this? thank you Dave

my daughter has the gabb music+ subscription. She can see “videos” and “podcasts” listed on the menu screen, but we aren’t sure how to access / add those features.
