How do I transfer phone data, contacts etc.. from the

Original GABB phone Z5157V,

to the

*New GABB 4 pro ?

Great question! Phone data such as contacts, photos, etc. are saved in the Gabb Cloud. To ensure all information is saved properly, follow these steps:

First: While the old Gabb Phone is still active (before activating the new phone):

1. Connect the phone to WiFi
2. Open the Gabb ID app
3. Log into your Gabb ID profile
4. Select the loading arrow at the bottom of the Gabb ID screen to ensure the device is fully backed up
5. Wait for the data to be fully backed up if necessary
6. Log out of the Gabb ID profile

Second: Activate the new Gabb Phone 4 Pro:

1. Connect the phone to WiFi
2. Open the Gabb ID app
3. Log into your Gabb ID profile
4. Allow the device time to back up the information from the old phone to the new phone
5. Stay connected to WiFi and logged into Gabb ID for fastest results
