Does anyone know why the video calls I make to the Gabb 4 phone would be dark? They are so dark that my kids have to use a ring light to make it look like a normal call on my end(anyone not using the Gabb phone). Otherwise it's almost pitch black even in a well lit room.

My daughter is moving from a gab phone to a non-gab phone. I have only been able to find directions of how to transfer contacts between two gab phones. Is there a way to transfer contacts and media from her current gabb phone to the new one?
I would like the location app to keep a log of where my child has been, not just where they are currently. This feature is available on other apps but they will not be approved because you can text via the location monitoring app (ie Life 360).

for several days now we have not been able to use the phone. It won’t connect to WiFi even though it says it’s connected. Can’t receive or place calls. We have turned off and back on and it didn’t help.
