The MyGabb app I use to monitor my daughter’s phone used a ton of cell data for the first part of this month. Is there an explanation for this? The app doesn’t do a whole lot to be using over 500 MB.

I am no longer getting flagged message alerts on my daughter's gabb phone. I've covered the basics - notification settings, I've synced her phone, etc. I've tried phone support, which has not been helpful.
How do I transfer phone data, contacts etc.. from the Original GABB phone Z5157V, to the *New GABB 4 pro ?
I took out the SD card to try to transfer music to my Gabb phone and now it's telling me I have no SIM card. I tried pretty much everything and it still won't register that it has the SIM card.
