How to back up and transfer phone data from Gabb Phone to new Gabb Phone 4 Pro

Great question! Phone data such as contacts, photos, etc. are saved in the Gabb Cloud. To ensure all information is saved properly, follow these steps:
First: While the old Gabb Phone is
still active
(before activating the new phone):- Connect the phone to WiFi
- Open the Gabb ID app
- Log into your Gabb ID profile
- Select the loading arrow at the bottom of the Gabb ID screen to ensure the device is fully backed up
- Wait for the data to be fully backed up if necessary
- Log out of the Gabb ID profile
Second: Activate the new Gabb Phone 4 Pro:
- Connect the phone to WiFi
- Open the Gabb ID app
- Log into your Gabb ID profile
- Allow the device time to back up the information from the old phone to the new phone
- Stay connected to WiFi and logged into Gabb ID for fastest results

👆🏼this needs to be in the instructions for all setup, nobody is telling you to backup first.

I am trying to switch all of my files onto my new gabb phone 4 pro and I was backing up my gabb phone so I can sign out of the gabb ID on it and I would go to restore it and then it would pause at a random number and not continue. It has been doing this for the past 1 hour and I have tried restarting a bunch of times and re trying it hasn't worked. What do I do?

- Confirm that device is connected to
WiFi.
- Confirm that the device is logged into the Gabb ID that is
assigned to the device
in your MyAccount. - Confirm that Gabb ID is
not
signed into any other device. Logout
of Gabb ID and thenlog back into
Gabb ID.Manually
back up data:- Select the three dots in the upper-right corner in the Gabb ID on the Gabb Phone > select
Back Up Now
- (Data syncing has a 10-minute timeout. If the data syncing times out, try manually backing up the data again)
- Select the three dots in the upper-right corner in the Gabb ID on the Gabb Phone > select
