Why is my sons video calling not working?
My son got the message from the Gabb Messenger Group and it specifically states that it is for everyone and you just have to click the button at the top but my son does not have that for his friends that have phones. We have tried restarting it and giving it a system update but nothing is working. I would love it if we could figure something out!

I received the news that my son's Phone 4 would be able to video chat. Is that only apply to Gabb users only? Because when we saw the Gabb phone and there is no video icon on the top of the right corner.

If you are not seeing the new feature after following the steps in the linked post/article, your device may have not yet received the update allowing the device to invite a non-Gabb user to video call. Rest assured that the update is on its way!
