Buy with Prime purchase will not pair with iPhone app- How do I fix this?
I just purchased a watch from Gabb.com and used the "Buy with Prime" option for shipping. It says my service is active, but I cannot pair the watch to the phone app. I keep getting the message to pick my plan/activate my service. When I try to do this, it says that my service is already active and to use the app. Has anyone else had this issue and successfully corrected it? I spent 90 minutes waiting on hold and also for a chat with no resolve.

After investigation, they found the source of the issue, updated the necessary product information to your MyAccount, preformed a sync to your MyAccount, had you follow the necessary troubleshooting steps on the Gabb Watch itself and got your Gabb Watch paired.
