Upgrade line + add a new number to old device
I upgraded my son's phone and want to give his sister the old one. How do I get set up?

This is a great question! After successfully activating your new upgraded device at Gabb.com/activate, the phone number will be transferred from the old device to the new device. This will leave the old device inactive and ready for activation of a new phone number.
You can activate the old device with a new plan through Gabb.com/activate as long as you have the IMEI and ICCID number that is assigned to the old device. These numbers can be found on the original packaging of the old device. If you do not have that packaging, our amazing Customer Support team can help provide this information OR activate the old device for you.
