Add Filter for Newest Apps Added to Gabb App Store and include date added so that we can track newest additions.

This isn't actually an idea for a Gabb device, but for the website: in the list of allowed apps, it would be nice to be able to sort the apps so that the most recently allowed apps are at the top of the list. That way people can easily see the newest apps to see if they look interesting, instead of having them scattered throughout the list where they're much harder to spot.
