Glitch
My daughter got the pro 3 last Christmas. Today the screen blacked out. We were able to restart the phone but the screen is still messed up. It's only a year old. I've had phones last 5 years and only needed a new one because the software on it was so outdated it couldn't run effectively. My daughter does not drop or beat up her phone. I do not want to pay for a new phone as there is still another year left on our contract. Anyone else experiencing these issues?

So sorry to hear you're having some trouble with your Gabb Phone 3 Pro. This is definitely not normal behavior for the phone. It sounds like the device may have received water damage. To check for water damage, follow these steps:
- View the LDI sticker inside of the phone:
- Remove SIM card from your Gabb Phone 3 Pro
- Shine a flashlight into the SIM card tray - you'll see a little white square (this is the LDI sticker)
If that LDI sticker is red, the device has water damage. If your device does have water damage and you wish to upgrade, check out this post for more information on upgrading👈
