My daughter got the pro 3 last Christmas. Today the screen blacked out. We were able to restart the phone but the screen is still messed up. It's only a year old. I've had phones last 5 years and only needed a new one because the software on it was so outdated it couldn't run effectively. My daughter does not drop or beat up her phone. I do not want to pay for a new phone as there is still another year left on our contract. Anyone else experiencing these issues?

So sorry to hear you're having some trouble with your Gabb Phone 3 Pro. This is definitely not normal behavior for the phone. It sounds like the device may have received water damage. To check for water damage, follow these steps:

• View the LDI sticker inside of the phone:
  • Remove SIM card from your Gabb Phone 3 Pro
  • Shine a flashlight into the SIM card tray - you'll see a little white square (this is the LDI sticker)
