Allow Safe Zone Locations to be specified using coordinates

It would useful to be able to specify the center of the circular safe zone as latitude/longitude - or just be able to select an arbitrary point on the map - instead of a street address.
When we set the address of our daughter's school as the safe zone, and make the circle big enough to include everywhere on the campus she might be, other parts of the circle expand to include several neighboring streets.
