The Weather Channel Radar Does Not Work

On the Gabb Phone 4 Pro, my son has the Weather Channel App, but when he visits the radar it is a blank map- nothing shows up at all. If he joins the beta program in the Play Store, he gets the latest version, but the radar is still broken and now the video section causes the app to crash. He is really interested in the weather, so not having a radar is a disappointment to him. Is there something he can do to fix it or is this something on Gabb's end, perhaps something related to Knox? (I also have The Weather Channel app on my phone and it works completely fine, so the app is not the problem).

    It appears the radar does work now for him! However the video section remains unfixed and still crashes when opened.

    It doesn't work on my sons phone either!! How did the one person get out fixed???

    My daughter also has this issue. The application used to work fine until the most recent update was applied. Whenever she opens the app and clicks on Video it crashes. Selecting Radar shows a black background.

    my radar doesn't work also. Its just a black screen.
