Can I control who my child calls and texts with the gabb watch 3e?

Looking at my child's watch, I feel that I want there to be more parental oversight. We have created her custom contacts and limited quiet hours, but if she gave her phone number out to her friends, would they be able to text even if they are a designated contact?

Hi @alyons,

Great question! The only phone numbers that can call or text the Gabb Watch 3e are contacts who have been successfully added to the contacts in the MyGabb app. If a phone number that is not assigned as a contact calls/texts the Gabb Watch 3e, the call/text will not go through and will not notify the watch.

Hi! Curious if Gabb has recommendations on contacts to allow. Obviously parents, family, other guardians, but what's the general feeling on friends? I have a few listed already, but do you all recommend limiting the number of friend contacts for the Gabb 3e phone? How can I view messages coming to his watch from other approved numbers to monitor the conversations? Is it possible to access voice notes in these messages?

@macarmel2 you can only see text messages if you have a phone and the messenger parent app
