How do I get it back? šµāš« I can access it from Settings, so it's still installed. I've tried restarting the phone, shutting it off, checking for updates in Gabb IDā¦ nothing has worked so far. I'm also unable to uninstall or reinstall the Messenger app from App Management in MyGabb.
We just got my daughter a Gabb watch. The UI for texting looked just like what you see on the website. The other it switched to a really tiny keyboard and is not giving her other options. We reset her watch and it went back to normal but an hour later went back to the tiny keyboard. Can someone help me figure this out?
I have had a Gabb phone for my older child for 2 years and blindly purchased a new one for my next child because she is hitting the same age her brother was when he got his phone. At checkout there was a red warning that phones were out of stock with a 1-2 week delay of shipping. I took this to mean they'd be back in stockā¦
Can you have contact photos show on the gabb watch 3e? I would love to have pics instead of a letter since my kindergartener canāt read quite yet. That way she can call someone if needed but actually know who she is calling. Kinda silly to not have that automatically synch with the contacts in the app
I have a Gabb 4 phone I just received and I typo'd my first name in the MyGabb app and support has told me being unable to edit/delete the primary contact is a known issue. I see this has been an issue since 2024 (fixed previously). All the fields are greyed out and I can't even add a picture. Can anyone else tell me ifā¦

Does anyone know why the video calls I make to the Gabb 4 phone would be dark? They are so dark that my kids have to use a ring light to make it look like a normal call on my end(anyone not using the Gabb phone). Otherwise it's almost pitch black even in a well lit room.
Supposedly Gabb has a "Safe Video Calling" feature. How are we supposed to get that to work? Feeling a little frustrated not knowing how to facetime my child
