Hi, the most recent update, January 2026, has left my daughters gabb watch useless. It over heats during normal use, the screen times out in seconds, attempting to change the screen timeout crashes to the home page, and gabb go crashes to the white screen. I also assume my daughter lost all her coins and pets. I can't find…
I am new in this gabb watch. I feel disappointed. The watch have problem with the location and the battery. Who can help me with that problems? Thanks!!!

Every time my son tries to text “mom” on his Gabb watch, his “dad” discussion comes up! Mom can text him, but when he responds it goes to me. Messaging works well for every other contact. He can still call “mom” and it goes to her. We have rebooted, software updated, deleted and reloaded contacts… still persists. Can…
Child went into Gabb Go and found task but when they hit okay it just took them back to show them they have a task.
My son's Gabb Watch 3 has him at averaging nearly 50k steps a day! One day he almost hit 100k! There is no possible way. I have made sure the apps on the watch are up to date & the watch is up to date. It seems like he is wearing it correctly. Any suggestions?
My son has recorded songs on the watch, but I can’t figure out how he does it as well as how he retrieves the songs? Any idea? Some of the songs are inappropriate unfortunately, so I want to delete them.
Has anyone had the issue of the screen going black? The SoS call still works and shows up on the screen..... I have have tried shutting off and turning back on.... After it starts up it goes black.
