I received conflicting information about this but was told from Tier 2 that the parent app, GabbMessenger, only supports the Gabb phone device. It does not support the Gabb watch. The only parent app that parents can use for their child's watch is MyGabb, however that app does not have capabilities for parents to review text messages sent from the Gabb watch.
Recommendation: The parent app, GabbMessenger, should also support Gabb watches. If a parent wants to review their child's text messages, they are unable to do that from the other parent app, MyGabb. So the only place a parent can review their child's messages is from the child's watch itself - this is an issue because if a parents receives alerts of flagged text messages, the parent has to wait for their child to return home in order to review them….the parent should be able to check text messages from their own device.
