Signal Private Messenger
Hello Gabb Team,
Is there any chance you could consider adding the Signal Messenger app to the Gabb App Store in the future?
SMS messaging is rather unreliable, so although we love having Gabb Messenger as a safe messaging option, we never have that guarantee of knowing whether our messages are sending properly or not. Since our family doesn't really need to monitor text messages closely, Signal seems like a better option than traditional SMS. We have used GroupMe for messaging but I have concerns about its security. The Signal app would give more peace of mind since it's so secure. Attached is an image of the app I'm asking about.

The request for Signal Messenger has been submitted to our team. If you have not already, you can request the app through your MyAccount in the Gabb App Store as well.
If you are experiencing inconsistencies with receiving or sending messages in Gabb Messenger, this could be due to the network connection on the device, not the Gabb Messenger app itself. This can be troubleshooted through these steps:
- Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset ->
Reset all settings
- Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset ->
Reset mobile network settings
- Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset ->
Reset Wifi & Bluetooth settings
- Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset ->
Reset accessibility settings
If you are continuing to see inconsistencies with your Messenger app, please contact Customer Support by chat at www.gabb.com, or by phone at 385.235.6646 Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m-6:30 p.m., MT or Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT. They can help troubleshoot the network with you.
