Downloading purchased audio in Olive Tree bible app
we purchased an audio book through Olive Tree. It shows up in our library for the app, but anytime we try to download or play it, it fails due to a network error. We’ve tried different Wi-Fi connections but same result. Any ideas why?

Gabb Phone pro 4 issues
I am losing contacts and downloaded apps everyday. I am unable to restore from the Gabb cloud. Each time I log out and log back in, restore stops at “121 of 363 files”. sending emoji in Gabb Messanger
For some reason I have to first click on add images and then go back to add emoji in order to add an emoji 80% of the time. Does anyone else experience this and have a fix?

Venmo
Hello, we have tried to load the Venmo app several times, but never get the activation code sent. Has anyone else experienced this?

Photo app isn't working to edit or update wallpaper.
Brand new phone just turned it on and downloaded a few apps. My son is trying to set his own photo as the wallpaper, it doesn't give you that option. He's also try to crop his picture doesn't have any editing options either. How do we fix this ?

we just upgraded to a Gabb 4 Pro but can't use Gabb Music
We just upgraded to a Gabb Phone 4 Pro with the "Advanced" plan. Gabb Music is supposed to be included but it does not work. The error states that parents need to activate Gabb Music. How do I do this? thank you Dave

Videos and podcasts in gabb music
my daughter has the gabb music+ subscription. She can see “videos” and “podcasts” listed on the menu screen, but we aren’t sure how to access / add those features.

Games / movies / shows
I love Gabb, we have the watch. Entertaining the idea of getting a Gabb phone. However the only draw back is that I don’t see many optional apps for games. None for movies or shows. There are a few appropriate video apps like (pureflix)(minno)(yippee).

How do we use video calling?
Supposedly Gabb has a "Safe Video Calling" feature. How are we supposed to get that to work? Feeling a little frustrated not knowing how to facetime my child
