I have a phone that runs Android version 12. I updated to the latest myGabb app on the Google Play store today, and after logging in, it opened to a map screen showing my son's location. At the bottom, it showed his Gabb 2 device, but when I click on it, it crashes. Anyone else have this problem and was able to fix it?
I've installed the app as the admin but the location services says it isnt on, even though location services are always on for a Gabb Phone. My child is unable to access the keyboard to send a custom text on his watch. When you click on the box to write a message nothing happens. If you click and hold a “paste” message appears. We’ve tried a soft reboot, hard reboot and checked for updates. Nothing has worked. Has anyone had a similar issue?
Every time my son tries to log into one of these applications, it just tells him that something went wrong. When he tries to use SSO, it kicks him out and so he can't use these apps, therefore they are useless on a Gabb Phone.
