I created my son a teen Venmo account through my personal Venmo account but I am unable to log him in on his Gabb phone using his phone number. When it ask for a code to be sent to his number to clarify it’s the right person the text message never comes through on his phone. How do I fix this?
I have chatted with support and was advised to create a new Gabb id. I did that and it still pulled in the prior contact list with the contacts I need to remove. Videos will not play in my daughter's Gabb 4 pro Gabb messenger. Only shows as a still image. Her friend has the Gabb 4 (not Pro) and videos work for her.
I just opened my daughter’s phone to get it ready to wrap for Christmas. I can’t activate it without the SIM card which was not in the box and something I assumed would already be in the phone with the memory card. Has anyone else dealt with this?
Gabb Maps is not loading any of the information/map. I've deleted and reinstalled it as well…nothing changes. I'd like to see an update also with being able to download offline maps (similar to Google Maps). Can you explain if there is a bug or glitch going on?
