What's the point of having Bluetooth on the Gabb watch 3? You can connect it to headphones and speakers as advertised but what's the point. It doesn't play media or music.

Every time my son tries to text “mom” on his Gabb watch, his “dad” discussion comes up! Mom can text him, but when he responds it goes to me. Messaging works well for every other contact. Anyone else having Call Failed when calling the Gabb 3 watch?
the watch can call out to me, but when I call the watch it says “call failed” when my son answers. I’ve tried every reset known to this watch and have troubleshooted for hours. Support asks me irrelevant questions and provides no solution. Help!
