Lock mode for ALL contacts?
Hi! Brand new Gabb Watch family here so I'm still learning. In lock mode, I know that communication is disabled EXCEPT with Primary and Guardian contacts. Technical Issue Escalation
After an hour waiting to chat with customer service I was told my Gabb Watch issue was being escalated but the representative could not give me a timeframe for hearing back. Does anyone know how long it takes to hear back from the Gabb technical team?

Gabb watch 3 battery not lasting through the school day
Super disappointed with the battery life on the Gabb watch 3. We charged it to full every night and by the time my son leaves school for the day it's dead. Anyone experience screen flashing? 90% battery, have restarted twice and it's still doing the same thing. I have specific Moby Faces that I don't want to lose, so I don't want to try the factory reset. It's 7 months old…I feel like this shouldn't be an issue?
