Trying to Upgrade Plan
I'm trying to upgrade to the Gabb Plus advanced account and every time I try it says: "Undefined array key "new_sku"" Any idea why or how to fix it?

Phone upgrade
i receive an email that said it was eligible for a free upgrade. I click through all the prompts and ordered the new upgraded watch. But i am currently being charged for both watches.

MMS and Gabb website
I’ve got the Gabb 4 pro for my son and with that I’ve got him the advance plan. Whenever I go to Gabb wireless and try to approve MMS on his phone, it just loads and says that there is an issue. Is this happening to anyone else.

we have a gabb 3 watch but wanted to get the phone for our daughter. How do we do this or can they only have one device?

Getting charged for 2 lines...
We loved the Gabb Watch 2 so much that we decided to upgrade my son to the Gabb Watch 3 and it has been great so far. However, when my first bill came out, it had two lines on it and I only have one watch! I just got charged again for the 2nd line… help!

Cancel a request
My daughter lost her watch so I requested a cancellation. My app stated no contract, so I thought there wouldn’t be a termination fee, however after I requested the cancellation, I looked at my last bill and it showed that I do have a contract remaining. In that case, I would like to cancel my request for service…

Is there a way to see monthly mobile data usage in my account?
In the web interface, I can see how many texts have been sent and the duration of all phone calls. Is there a way to monitor how much mobile data my child's phone is using, or do we just have to be surprised if he goes over the limit?

Shipped me the wrong Case
i ordered the Gabb phone 4 pro and corresponding case. I was shipped the Gabb phone 4 case and not the 4 Pro. How do I contact someone to get the one I ordered? Without the case, the phone is useless since it could get damaged easily Thank you
