Forgot phone password
My son has a pattern password, he can’t rember what it was and he has been logged out multiple times. I don’t know how he could change his password without knowing it. Just let me know if you guys can maybe erase his password or something.

Why is my phone deactivated?
I bought the 4 pro for Xmas, and tonight it stopped texting, can’t call with it. I checked on my dashboard and it says it’s deactivated and need to contact support. What happened?

Garmin Connect not available in app store
I see that Garmin is an approved app. When we try to add it in the Gabb App Store it does not recognize the name Garmin. Is there certain permission needed to get the addition of that app on the Gabb phone 3?

Issues trying to log into Gabb Messages
I have been having issues getting into parent side of the messages of gabb. I click parent and put my number in but no code ever comes through. What do I do to pass this? Can I just log in with password?

Yappy Braclets
My daughter is super sad because she got a Yappy Bracelet for Christmas but it won’t work with her Gabb phone. It’s a Daily Bible Verse. Has anyone figured out how to get this to work? Or Gabb can you please fix this. You are blocking even the good stuff that can help/encourage kids who need it.
