What's going on Gabb?????? 3-4 Error popups when I login to the online account, I got an email saying I have a dawnily24 phone account and I don't: dawnily24's text has been flagged as high risk and should be reviewed immediately. And I can't send pictures any faster than 45seconds. Surprised that haven't "failed"….
I added my ex-wife as an authorized user, but what does that mean? She can’t access my daughter’s stuff unless she is on my account. Is there some way for her to have parent access as well?

I have chatted with support and was advised to create a new Gabb id. I did that and it still pulled in the prior contact list with the contacts I need to remove. Doesn’t matter if I delete it on the Gabb device or my device they just keep coming back. Does anyone know how to remove contacts on these phones??
I just opened my daughter’s phone to get it ready to wrap for Christmas. I can’t activate it without the SIM card which was not in the box and something I assumed would already be in the phone with the memory card. Has anyone else dealt with this?
