If my child has a Gabb Watch 2, what is the process/timing to upgrade to a Gabb Watch 3? We have had the 2 for 18 months, roughly.
Super disappointed with the battery life on the Gabb watch 3. We charged it to full every night and by the time my son leaves school for the day it's dead. I have a correct screen. I have a correct screen protector. Is there a warranty for the screen protector before I take it off or do we have to buy another one
We recently "upgraded" to the Gabb 3 watch from the first generation. Disappointed it doesn't have lice tracking on it. Also having lots of location monitoring issues. Not sure how this is an upgrade.

Every time my daughter pushes the Go arrow on her phone, it tries to load, then just goes back to the home screen. I absolutely HATE the fact that factory resets erase the kids' little animals they've purchased and the coins they've earned. Any suggestions other than that?

my daughter has had this watch a little over a month. It won’t turn on, but will just light up with a blue screen and Gabb logo. It’s like it’s stuck trying to reboot. I’ve tried charging it, hitting the power button 10 times, holding the power button down. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated!
